EMPOWERING PHOTOGRAPHERS TO GROW THEIR BUSINESS
AND REALIZE THEIR POTENTIAL.
Mini Session Pricing Calculator
First, you're going to take your regular session fee. This should be the cost of a regular family session with all the digitals. If you are not an all inclusive photographer, you should use the average all in price your clients pay you. This is the number you will use when you are prompted to enter your "Full Session Fee".
This Is Your Mini Session Fee
Next we are going to build your digital packages. I recommend three packages, but some photographers have success with four. Package One will be your base package, and the one that's included in your session fee. It should contain no more than 5 digital downloads.
This is your price for Package 1
Package Two will be double the cost of Package One, but contain three times as many digital downloads.
Package Three will be triple the cost of Package One, but contain all the digital downloads.
Here's an example of what the end product might look like:
Full Session Fee is $1200.
Mini Session Fee is either $300 or $400
Package One (5 digitals) is $240
Package Two (15 digitals) is $480.
Package Three (all digitals) is $720
If you prefer rounder numbers, you can adjust accordingly, but the idea is to stay in the general range that the calculator dictates. Do this and you'll be on your way to extremely profitable AND efficient mini sessions!
